Timemore was officially founded in July 2012, with a vision to redefine coffee equipment by integrating craftsmanship, design, and functionality.

Timemore’s products are known for their innovative design, precision engineering, and user-friendly features. Many of our products have received prestigious design awards such as the iF Design Award, G Mark, and Red Dot Design Award.

We specialize in high-quality coffee grinders, kettles, scales, drippers, and brewing accessories, designed for both home brewers and professional baristas.

Yes! Timemore expanded into international markets in 2016 and has since seen rapid global growth. In 2020, our international sales increased by 700%, and we continue to expand across multiple channels.

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

To ensure fast shipping, we process orders within 1–4 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email our customer service at hello@timemore.com or message us on social media as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist you.

Standard shipping typically takes 2–8 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2–5 business days.
(Shipping times may vary depending on your shipping address and the logistics provider.)

We offer free shipping on orders over $49. If you need faster delivery, you can choose expedited shipping for $19.99.

Contact the Shipping Provider – If your order is delayed, the shipping provider may have more details.

Need Further Assistance? – If you require additional help, please reach out to our customer service team.

Lost Order? – If your order is confirmed lost, we will verify with our warehouse and logistics provider and assist you accordingly.

👉 Quality Issues + Warranty

TIMEMORE offers a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a warranty claim, all of the following conditions must be met:

1. You must be the original purchaser.
2. The product must have been purchased from the TIMEMORE official website.
3. The product must have been purchased and used within the United States or U.S. territories.
4. You must provide the original sales receipt as proof of purchase.
5. The product must have been used as intended and in accordance with the care instructions.

If your product is defective or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

Refunds are issued once your returned item is received at our warehouse. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 1–7 days to reflect, depending on your financial institution.
