📦 When will my order ship?
Once you place an order on the Timemore website, we start processing it right away. Orders are typically handled and prepared for shipping within 12–48 hours.
After your order is picked up by the carrier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Note: Our warehouses do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend are usually processed and shipped on Monday.
If you can't find your order confirmation or tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us directly — we're happy to assist.
💰 How much is shipping?

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $49 within the continental U.S. (excluding Hawaii).

For orders under $49 or if you select expedited or alternative shipping methods, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates.
Note: Delivery times for ground shipping are estimates and may vary due to factors like weather or carrier delays. The delivery date shown at checkout is not guaranteed.

🔍 How can I track my order?
Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Note: Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after the carrier picks up your package. If you don't see any updates within 48 hours, feel free to reach out — we're here to help.

We aim to ship orders within 24 hours of purchase. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number along with an estimated delivery date.
In most cases, orders are delivered within 1–8 business days after shipment. However, delivery times might be longer during severe weather or unexpected carrier delays. If your order hasn't arrived within this timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
